  This is where it all started from in 1992 when I was the department Sect./Tres. we received a patch request from firefighter Galen Logan as he was starting a all Monticello collection. Galen is now Chief of the Monticello IN Fire Department. Below is a "Postal  Cover" from England that commemorates the 100th. anniversary of their department.
